How should I store my chocolates?


Chocolates should be stored at room temperature and away from the sun and light whenever possible.




Where can I find your chocolates?


We sell our chocolates at area shops and at pop-ups and events throughout the area. Click on the 'POP-UPS' tab to find out where we are selling right now. You can also find us at our storefront at 111 Trapelo Rd Belmont, Ma. Check our Facebook or Instagram page to stay up-to-date on our offerings. You can also email us at ticktockchocolates@gmail.com to place an order.




Do you ship your chocolates?


YES WE DO! We now ship everywhere in the US!! We also hand deliver to Waltham, Belmont, Watertown, and Newton Free of charge. All orders will ship the following Monday or Tuesday to minimize the chance your chocolates will sit in a warm post office over the weekend. (For example: If you order on Monday your chocolates will ship the following Monday). If you need them sooner please email or call us directly and we can certainly work with you to ship them sooner. Orders are shipped USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Typically your chocolates will arrive in 2-3 days but this is not a guarantee and we cannot be held responsible once your order leaves our shop. If you live in a warm state, add the warm state shipping to your order. It will include ice packs and insulated packaging.

While we do everything we can to assure your chocolates arrive safely and intact, we cannot take responsibility for:

Delivery Delays
Weather
Damage or Theft
Returns or delays due to incorrect delivery address
Packages left unattended in warm weather Other reasons outside of our control




How do I place an order?


We sell 4-piece boxes ($15), 9-piece boxes ($33) or 16-piece boxes ($58). We currently offer Free Delivery to Waltham, Belmont, Watertown, and Newton or pick-up at our retail shop located at 111 Trapelo Rd Belmont, Ma. Curbside pickup is available Wed-Fri from 4-6PM. We now ship everywhere in the US! if you live in a warm weather state, please add warm weather shipping to your purchase. It will include ice packs and insulated packaging. Please place all orders online. If you would like to order our chocolates for your event, email us for larger quantity pricing. We would be happy to discuss different options for your event.




What brands of chocolate do you use?


We use Valrhona. Sometimes we will feature special items using chocolate made from local chocolate makers.




How do I use the giftcard I have purchased?


I have been recently informed that gifcards cannot be redeemed online for whatever reason. If you are not able to make it into the store, please call the shop at 781.684.9389 to place your order directly through us. This is the only way you will be able to use your giftcard. I apologize for the inconveniece. I was not aware of this when I bought these giftcards.
